Accommodation

The participants may reserve a room at Cultural Center Don Orione Artigianelli for the conference. June is a very popular month for visitors, so conference participants are encouraged to book as soon as possible.

The rooms at Don Orione Artigianelli are reserved for the SEBD participants at the following prices:

The reservation at Don Orione Artigianelli has to be done by filling the following form .

The form must be sent via fax( (0039) 041 5286214 ) or email to Don Orione.

Please note that if you use some other online reservation forms or if you do not specify "SEBD 2012", the Centro Culturale Don Orione Artigianelli booking department will not be able to identify you as being entitled to book the rooms we reserved. Once your request is received, the booking department will answer as soon as possible by email confirming, if rooms are still available, date of arrival/departure, price, payment methods and cancellation policy.
